We’re Hiring: International Sales & Marketing Intern

Salary: £75.00 per day (London Living Wage)

Signature Entertainment is hiring for a 4-week internship in the International Sales department, reporting to the International Sales Executive. The placement will assist the International Sales team in providing administrative support and ad-hoc research and analysis in preparation for the American Film Market.
This internship is ideal for candidates who wish to gain knowledge and experience within the film distribution industry. Signature are looking for applicants who have a strong passion for films (old and new), are eager to learn about the International Sales process for the business and are willing to take on tasks for the team.
Signature Entertainment is an award-winning production and distribution company. Founded in 2011 it has become the leading independent label in the UK with an ever-growing global presence. It has released over 1,500 films since its inception.
The candidate will be based in our London office on Goodge St. starting Tuesday 1st October 2024.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Provide general administrative support for the international team.
- Organise logistics including restaurant bookings, preparing the office space and materials for American Film Market 2024.
- Support and assist VP of International Marketing in preparing and sending mailers via Mail Chimp.
- Support VP of International Marketing with creation of marketing materials for markets: look books, brochure, sales art, and promos.
- Help with festival applications.
- Support International Team by providing sales materials to external clients.
- Maintain sales documents including avails, sales contact lists.
- Ad-hoc research including analysis of global markets, reports on box office and weekly news roundups.
