Role Overview

Looking for a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our Finance and Business Intelligence teams.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the entertainment industry and to contribute to the database management of a dynamic Production, Distribution and Sales company.

The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, exhibit great time management skills and will have meticulous attention to detail.

Specific Responsibilities:

The Data Analyst Intern will be responsible for populating our Finance and Business Intelligence databases. In particular, you will be expected to:

• Capture, clean and store incoming raw data.
• Add historical revenue and cost data to the appropriate databases.
• Monitor and audit existing data to identify errors and omissions.
• Propose improvements to data collection and internal processes.
• Work closely with the Finance team to clarify details as needed and resolve any discrepancies or ambiguities in the data.
• Maintain detailed records of the data entry process and any issues encountered.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Would suit a recent graduate in a quantitative subject.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical & logical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python and Power BI highly preferred.
• Interest in and basic understanding of the film industry is a plus.
