We want to support a broad range of voices and filmmakers stretching across different budget levels that complement the incredible slate of films we distribute in the UK.”
Commenting on his new role Jacques said “Having been working hand in hand with Signature on numerous productions over the last decade, it’s wonderful to be joining the team in-house and continuing their ambitious vision for UK productions. it feels like coming home”
The news comes after it was reported that the film studio recently reclaimed their independent status when the company’s original stakeholders bought back the company from private equity firm FFI. A move that has allowed Signature’s distribution, production, and international divisions under one roof in 2022.
