A group of wealthy Los Angeles teenagers, led by two teenage girls – Alison (Hathaway) and Emily (Bijou Phillips)- try to become part of the “gangster” lifestyle `as the pretty young teens seek a life outside of their insulated suburb. But when they come face to face with a real gang of Latino drug dealers and their new landscape violence and brutality, they quickly realise their actions have grave consequences. But is it too late to turn back?
